Refund policy

If Zen Job CV isn't right for you, we want sorting out a refund to be simple. This page explains your options under EU and Dutch consumer law. Zen Job CV is operated by VP0; you can always reach us at [email protected].

Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of a digital service, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day of purchase. To use it, email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, and we will refund you in full.

Digital content you start using right away

If you ask to start using paid digital content or a subscription immediately, and you confirm that doing so means you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once we begin, then the right of withdrawal no longer applies, as Dutch and EU law allow. We make this clear at the point of purchase.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, which handles your card details securely; we never see or store them. If you were charged in error or something went wrong with billing, email [email protected] and we will sort it out.

Auto-renewing subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal caught you by surprise, email [email protected] within a reasonable time and we will try to make it right.
